This program reserves access to our 24 hour emergency repair. Customers that operate critical infrastructure in 24 hour operations will greatly benefit from this exclusive access. In addition all subscriber units under the program receive priority service over standard repair request.
FCC Licensing
Texas Communications works closely with a licensed frequency coordinator on current FCC licensing requirements. We can assist you with new applications, renewals, relocations, and modifications as well as help you prepare for the future.
Equipment Repair and Service
Repair services are available at every location with all the needed test equipment and parts for most routine repairs. Our staff is qualified to service your most basic portable and mobile equipment through the most complicated of systems.
System Management
Over the years Texas Communications has owned and operated many of its own systems. This has naturally trained our company to be good system managers. The key items learned while operating a Carrier System for profit is you become skilled in economically operating your system and at the same time maintaining maximum up time.
Site Management
Texas Communications itself owns and manages over 20 tower sites. If you own infrastructure, at a site you lease, or a remote tower you own, there are certain routine processes you will want taken care of.
Site Surveys – Path Profiles
Texas Communications is routinely involved in system planning from the conception stage. In many cases this requires certain evaluations of the possible sites being considered for your project. This can be possible tower sites or simply where to locate equipment in a campus environment.
Project Management
Our management staff is accustomed to the Project Manager duties for these build outs. We can act as your general contractor utilizing all the subcontracted services needed to complete the job from start to finish.
